Current website of Achilles

ACHILLES is a gym equipment company that concentrates on the Calf muscle region. The Tibialis “Shin” is located within the back side of the calf. All of these muscles play a vital role to a professional or novice athlete, Military Personnel and fitness enthusiast.

Problem Identification

  • Space using is not effectively

  • Design Template (About Us/Home Page): The elements are to big -> lack of white space -> the eye flow is deactivated -> Need to scroll a lot to see the information -> Feel overwhelmed

  • Product Listing Page: Thumbnails are too big unnecessarily and no hierarchy -> consumes a lot of space -> can not list the products effectively and doesn't show the highlighted products

  • The alignment is a bit messy -> no hierarchy applied -> Don't know what to look at

  • Key Markets is confuses the users -> make it like clickable but its not

  • Repeat "Who can benefit" too many times in every product detail page -> same information for all different products

Suggested Solutions

  • Rearrange Design Template -> Show hierarchy -> Show eye flow

  • Adjust design elements -> Show hierarchy

  • Redesign Key Markets

  • Drop the "Who can benefit" section because we have the key markets already -> Keep one, either Key Markets or Who Can Benefit

Suggested Sitemap

Based on the solutions above, I've come up with a sitemap for the new version of Achilles website. The website will have 4 main pages:
